That I, CATHRINE C. DIVINAGRACIA, of legal age, Filipino, single, and a resident of

Barangay Poblacion, Sibulan, Negros Oriental, Philippines, and by virtue of these presents, DO
HEREEBY name, appoint and constitute VIRGINIA G. MANDALOS, likewise of legal age,
Filipino, married, and a resident of Campaclan, Barangay Poblacion, Sibulan, Negros Oriental, as my
true and lawful Attorney-infact, for me and in my name, place and stead, to do and perform the
following acts and deeds;

1. To follow up, get and receive my Teacher’s Professional ID Card with registration No.
0554253 with the Professional Regulation Commission in Cebu City;

2. To sign any documents pertaining to the said transactions or aforementioned authority.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-in-fact, full power and authority
to do and perform each and every act requisite and necessary in order to give full effect the foregoing
authority as fully to all intents and purposes as I might be or could lawfully do, if personally present,
