Dal makhani

1. Urad Dal – ½ kg
2. 1 can tomato puree
3. garlic paste
4. cream for finishing
5. butter

PROCEDURE:-

1. Put urad dal in a pressure cooker till it is


completely submerged.
2. Boil it. Wait for 15 whistles.
3. Put it in a pressure cooker and add tomato
puree, garlic paste and butter.
4. Cook till the desired result is achieved.
5. Add cream as topping.
