I would like to express my profound gratitude to all those who have been instrumental towards
my learning experience. To start with, I would like to thank Ernst &Young LLP for providing
me the chance to undertake this internship and allowing me to explore the area of Business
Advisory which was entirely new to me and which will surely prove to be very beneficial to me
in my future assignments, my studies and my career ahead.

I wish to place on records, my deep sense of gratitude and sincere appreciation to my company
mentor, Mr. Upinder Dhingra, Manager at Ernst & Young LLP who played a pivotal role in
providing me with an opportunity to work at such a prestigious company. I would also like to
thank him for his continuous support, advice and encouragement, without which I would not
have been able to learn as much I have been able to.

I would also like to mention the unconditional guidance put forth by the entire team at Project
Management Unit for Transformation of MSME Ecosystem in Haryana which was
significant for the development of my learning curve. I would like to express my gratitude
towards each one of them for believing in me and giving me the right set of circumstances for
my growth. Without their support, I would not have been able to contribute to the project and
thereby articulate this report.
