process; Technical Drawings, Circuit Diagrams, Computer-Aided Design (CAD); System Architecture, Protection
Requirements; Electronic Systems and Classifications: Examples and case studies; Reliability analysis; Thermal
Management and Cooling; Design for: Low noise, Packaging, manufacturing, testing, Recycling and Environmental
Compliance.

CO2: Electronic System designs: Electronic System Design implementations analog, digital (TTL/ CMOS) and
Microcontroller systems; System designs related to: SMPS, Amplifiers-Class B and C, Function generators, Op
amps, PLLs and frequency synthesizers, Sensors, Opt isolators, Relays and Displays, A to D, RAM Data Storage
and retrieval, Data Generators, ADCs, DACs, Delta coder, PCM coder, QPSK encoder, QAM encoder,
AMI/Manchester/MSK coders, 8051 and Arduino based designs.

CO3: PCB Fabrication and design: PCB Artwork using PC software, Design and of Multilayer PCBs, SMDs and
mounting techniques, Solder Mask, Net list and Gerber, EMI/EMC compatibility, High frequency designs, PTH,
Ground plane, CAD Packages, Soldering Techniques.
