KARAMAN I am writing this letter to show you my motivation regarding costumer service job offers of

Booking.com in Lille.My name is Yiğit Mert Karaman, I am 25 years old and a native Turkish person. I

did my license degree in Ankara University, in the department of Spanish Language and Literature.

Also, I did a part of my degree in University of las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain in 2016.

During my studentship, I took part in several professional experiences. Within these experiences there

is no doubt that the international one helped me to gather a solid amount of knowledge which

contributed to my professionalism. The job with Acunmedya Global in Dominican Republic, Exatlon

EEUU which is a reality tv show in the USA on Telemundo channel, exposed me to an international

environment. I worked in different fields including media which was entirely unknown for me. I

accomplished the duties directly given by the project manager within the frame of liability.

As a check-in agent at the international terminals of Esenboğa Airport, I have acquired the skills of

superior teamwork and crisis management. I learned how to provide a high level and a unique service

to customers. During this time, I improved my English at a considerable level and brought it to native

language level.

T EAM W OR K For the last two months, I have been working as an administration intern in CEU San Pablo University

of Madrid. My duty is to deal with international students. I daily track their documents as well as

guiding them throughout the admission of the University. This experience also enables me to be

comfortable with receiving calls in English, Spanish and French and answering them with confidence.

I am highly interested in your offers because my previous experiences triggered my interest in working

as a team in an international company such as Booking.com. Your company has a lot of further

opportunities in one’s professional career. It is widespread abroad, provides a warm multicultural

ambient and most importantly it is a work area where people love to travel and share new experiences

of life.

I consider myself to be a pro-active person, able to work in an international job and able to adapt to

various situations. Under favor of my characteristics, I can stay relevant and avoid obsolescence. I

have high experience on taking problems and turning them into solutions. To do that I use a

would be suitable for customer service positions in Booking.com.
