SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That WE, Spouses CARLO A. LOQUIAS and ANNALIZA P. LOQUIAS, both of legal age,
Filipinos, and residents of barangay Cangmating, Sibulan, Negros Oriental, and by virtue of these
presents, DO HEREEBY name, constitute and appoint IGNACIA D.DUMANJUG, likewise of legal age,
Filipino, married, and a resident of Dampas District, Tagbilaran City, Bohol, to be our true and lawful
Attorney-in-fact, for us and in our name, place and stead, to do and perform the following acts and deeds:
1. To make any negotiation and enter into a contract with the Bohol Water Utilities, Incorporated
and Bohol Light Company, Incorporated the Transfer of the name of the Customer-Client from
the name CRESENCIA CASTILLON, a resident of Janseen Heights Dampas, Tagbilaran City
to SPOUSES CARLO A. LOQUIAS and ANNALIZA P. LOQUIAS, residents of Barangay
Cangmating, Sibulan, Negros Oriental, under Account No. 15170-00 in Bohol Light
Company, Incorporated and Account No. 09088-00 in Bohol Water Utilities, Incorporated;
who are the real owners of Land known as Lot No. 884-E-10-F, being a portion of Lot No.
884-E-10, situated in Dampas District, Tagbilaran City, Bohol, including all the improvements
therein, like a House and the water connections which they bought from Francisco R.
Bustrillos, Jr, under Doc. No. 206; Page No. 43; Book No. LXXVI; Series of 2010, notarized
by Atty. Fermindo O. Mar, Notary Public;

2. To sign any and all documents or papers pertaining to and relative to the powers above-
granted.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said Attorney-in-fact, full power and authority to
do and perform each and every act requisite and necessary in order to give full effect the foregoing
authority as fully to all intents and purposes as I might be or could lawfully do, if personally present, with
full power of substitution and revocation and HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my
said Attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
