On behalf of our client Ms Lubrizol we are pleased to inform you that you have been
selected for the E4 - Lubrizol Field Activation and Research Summer Intern Talent
Certification Program 2019.

The period of internship for this program is from _____________. During the course of this
certificate program cum summer internship you will receive extensive training in
classroom and in field marketing projects assigned to you from time to time to certify
you as a building material construction industry professional.

1. Your primary task will be to carry out customer mapping studies, meet retailers,
plumbers, architects, builders, contractors and plumbing consultants, including
organising get togethers and events along with the Lubrizol Coach / Mentors in your
respective cities allotted for work.

2. As you are aware, the nature of the job being sales and marketing you will be working
in the market place and hence are accepting by signing this letter that the said
internship is being undertaken by you at your own risk and that you will not hold either
E4 or Lubrizol responsible for any untoward incident or accident, mishap that may
occur during the course of this certification / internship program, as a part of your daily
routine activities of experiential learning. You will follow the safety standards and
guidelines as laid down by E4 - Lubrizol from time to time.

3. At the end of the internship you will be expected to submit a project report and will be
formally interviewed basis which you will be entitled to either one of the 2 certifications
mentioned below:

 a. That you have completed the internship successfully ( issued on the letterhead of
E4 – with name of Lubrizol )

OR

b. That you are a building material construction certified sales and activation
professional ( E4 - Lubrizol cobranded certificate )

The same will be issued to you based on your performance during the internship and as
per the evaluation guidelines set from time to time.

4. You will also be paid a consolidated stipend of Rs 8,000/ (Rupees Eight Thousand
only ) = per month calculated on per working day basis to meet your daily incidental
expenses. The same will be paid to you on the successful completion of the internship
period and on you submitting the project report for the same. You will not be entitled to
any other allowance or benefit during this period of internship.

5. It is expressly agreed and understood that the legal relationship between the
Company and you is that of a student intern undergoing the internship as a part of the
university experiential learning requirement of the MBA program in your college and
nothing herein contained shall constitute you as an agent or employee of the Company
and you shall not be entitled to any rights, privileges, benefits or amenities to which an
employee in the employment of the Company would be entitled to.

6. This arrangement will automatically come to an end at the expiry of the period
mentioned above.

7. E4 and Lubrizol both reserve the right to terminate your internship on grounds of
discipline or any other business exigency that may arise without assigning any reasons
thereof.

8. Upon the cessation of your internship for any reason whatsoever, you shall hand over
to the person nominated by the Company all documents and the property of the
Company as may be in your possession or custody or under your control.

9. As you will be dealing with data and other information generated by and for and on
behalf of the company, you will at all times adhere to the strictest norms of
confidentiality.

10. You will also be required to apply for an individual insurance policy for Rs 3 lakhs
(Rupees Three Lakh only ) which covers accident ,disability and death and submit a copy
of the same on the date of joining. The premium with respect to the same will be
reimbursed to you by the company at the end of your internship as mentioned above
along with your stipend settlement.

11. In case of any dispute arising during the subsistence or thereafter, in connection
with or arising out of this appointment as student intern, the dispute shall be referred to
a sole arbitrator appointed by the company. The proceedings of arbitration shall be in
the English language. The arbitrator’s award shall be final and binding on the parties
and shall be subject to the exclusive Jurisdiction of the Court at Mumbai.

12. You will also need to submit hard copies of the following documents on the date of
joining with respect to the certification internship program as mentioned below:
1. Bio profile sheet
2. Graduation certificate
3. Aadhar card photocopy
4. Medical fitness certificate
5. Your college Director / Dean recommendation letter
6. Bank account details ( first page of passbook with address proof )
7.Passport size photograph.( 2 nos )

All the above documents will be verified and duly stamped by your college office
