County of Belknap aforesaid on August 8, 2019,

THE GRAND JURORS FOR THE STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE, upon their
oath, present that:

PATRICK C. CHUNG
DOB: 08/19/1987

of or formerly of Meredith, NH, on or about the 25th day of June

2019, at Meredith, in the County of Belknap aforesaid, did
commit an offense.

1. Patrick C. Chung did possess or have under his control a

quantity of the controlled drug cocaine.

2. Patrick C. Chung committed the above act knowingly.

Contrary to the form of the Statute, in such case made and

provided, and against the peace and dignity of the State.

This is a true bill.
