This is in concurrence to the agreed terms and conditions between both parties after settlement of case
filed against Emviem Telephone Services.
That the concerned parties who filed the case agree to the terms of settlement which includes but not
limited to the following:
That Emviem Telephone Services, represented by Ms. Maribel V. Mallari, agrees on the following terms
and conditions:
i. After settlement, this issue will not be used against the complainant that will affect their
working relationship with the management.
ii. Emviem Telephone Services shall look into the complaint of unfair treatment to employees
and issue disciplinary actions to concerned persons being complained by the group. Memo
to explain and due process shall be put into actions for all the complaints related to handling
of Emviem Telephone Services employees.
iii. The only grounds for the concerned parties to either be suspended or terminated from line
of work is non adherence to the existing house rules of the company which also signifies the
concurrence of both parties prior implementation.
iv. That house rules shall be routed for signature and any succeeding implementations shall be
included as such. Initial memorandum of agreement shall be posted for employees
concurrence and shall further update the existing company rules and regulations.
