Pre Requisite:
 Excavation is carried out upto (-10560mm from G.L)
 100 mm layer of PCC (1:4:8) is laid after excavation (-10460mm from G.L)
 Geo Textile & HDP sheet is laid on the PCC.
 Another layer of PCC (1:4:8)is laid on the HDP sheet.(-10360mm from G.L)
 Reinforcement cage of raft footing is laid on the PCC layer Thickness of
raft is 250 mm. (-10110mm from G.L)

PROCEDURE & LABOUR PRODUCTIVITY

Reinforcement cage of raft footing is laid on the PCC layer.

1. Reinforcement cage for stepped footing & column is laid on the raft in
such a way that they all are connected with each other.
2. Formwork of first step of footing is assembled and joint.
 Fermas are assembled in 2 individual L-sections and are joint with the help of
nails and G.I.wires.
 Wall plates are aligned on the edges of fermas.
 Column reinforcements are provided with supports made up of G.I wire which
are directly connected to the wall plates.
3. Concreting of first step is done and after waiting for a day the formwork
of second step is assembled.
4. Concreting of second step is done.

Total Quantity Executed=22.55 Sq Meter

Productivity= Work done/No. of labours*Time consumed

Skilled labour =22.55/2*4

=2.81 Sq M/Labour hour

Unskilled Labour=22.55/4*4

= 1.4 Sq M/Labour hour
