My Motivation Letter

It's an honor for me to write this letter. With this letter, I want to express my interest
to be a part of this university. My name is Delta Wahyu Pramesty, my friends calls me Delta.
I’am 17 years old. I live in a Sikep Village in Gedangan, Sidoarjo. I have a awesome parents.
My Dad is Ratno Subagio, and My Mom is Eni Widowati. I am the first child of two siblings.
My sister’s name is Regina Alisha. My activities are going to school, doing assignments,
joining organizations, and taking part in social events. I go to school at SMAN 3 Sidoarjo.
The organization that I Joined is a children's forum. My hobby is singing. I do it everyday,
and I'm excited to practice.
My parents are very awesome. They are support whatever I do, and I feel very lucky.
When I was entered high school, I was given the freedom to choose a major that I would take.
So, i choose Social. Since childhood I have loved to socialize, at home, in worship, in the
school, in the community, and wherever I am. So I feel that social science is very suitable for
me. I am happy when I can meet a many people, and then we are having talk and understand
each other what we mean. And that is why, I believe that social science is very important,
because it is very closely related to our daily life. I believe, that this life also has its
knowledge, so to live it is important to understand it.
Many people say I talk enough. And I think that's true. I really like having talk with
other people, explaining many things, leading discussions, and many other things about
communications. Some people feel uncomfortable, but some people are actually happy when
I explain something, they think my explanation is easy to understand
My interest in communication was based on my three years of study in high school,
and my experience with the social organizations that I participated in. My goal to register is
to become a professional Master Of Ceremoni, work in the media, provide information to the
public with the right perspective and grammar, so that information can be understood by the
public. Onee proof of my seriousness about communication science is by taking a public
speaking course at an some institution. I learned about public speaking especially for the host.
I think, communication science is an answer to know how to connect between
humans, to convey the intent and purpose, not just about talking, but there have supporting
science, to understand the meaning of communication between humans. I searched a lot of
information on the internet about this program. There is psychology of communication,
communication management, sociology of communication, and many more, so
communication science not just about talk. In this university I see good accreditation for the
major in communication. I hope, I can learn many things about communication on this
university. I chose this university with all my heart, and I hope this university can accept me
as part of it.
I believe I am a person who can play an active role in advancing this university. Able
to maintain the good image of this university and provide kindness to the university. I can
work both individually or as a team in solving each case to improve the quality of
communication in Indonesia.
