1. Introduction

The Tata Trust Project Plan will provide a definition of the project, including the
project’s goals and objectives. Additionally, the Plan will provide information about
Project deliverables, schedules, risks, dependencies, assumptions, estimates, project
team, and change management.

This plan will:

 Provide a general project description.

 Identify schedules and activities to be performed.
 Identify required resources.
 Establish a common information source.
 Establish schedule baselines.
Provide a basis for management’s Project Tracking and Control.

This plan may be reviewed and / or revised at the end of each of the following stages
of development (see the Project Schedule section for current Schedule/milestone
dates):

 Requirements Definition Phase

 Design (Preliminary and System Design will be combined)
 Code Construction and unit Testing
 Testing
 Acceptance testing by User.

All changes will be recorded in the Preface section of this document under ‘Document

6. ASSUMPTION AND DESIGN CONSTRAINTS

The following constraints need to be taken into account while designing the Support
Center System:
 The application should be viewable at 1024*768 pixels resolution
 The application should be compatible with Internet Explorer 7.0 or higher

7. Technical Requirements

7.1 Functional Requirements

Requirements Overview

Tata Trust application provides a one stop interface with government, citizen
interactions with government departments will be under a single umbrella. The
services provided by this application is Govt Services for citizen, Govt Services for
business, Business to citizen, Payment services, information and other services
Design of the Infrastructure which shall be capable to support future needs,
including but not limited to, Web Content Management, planned capacity needs,
object replication, group and personal folder usage, and link/connection to popular
Tata Trust system as well as other open industry standard system (XML, Web
Service, J2EE, .NET Framework).

UR-1 Client has multiple schemes and those are managing
manually in CSV files. System that holds these records and
want a good looking UI to show analytics on data.
UR-2 RBAC module implementation and sharing dashboards
between roles defined in kibana.
UR-3 Ability to apply the filters on the data based on district,
constituency, grampanchayat, mandal and scheme.
UR-4 Based on lattitude and longitude plot a Geo location on
maps and display images of particular gram panchayat.
UR-5 Customization of login page and theme of application.
UR-6 Customization of core RBAC module to control the
permissions for menu options and controls in web app.
UR-7 Designed different types of dashboards for different roles in
Kibana.
UR-8 Customizedn Core Geo maps of kibana to view
grampanchayat wise image in maps.
UR-9 Upload panels in kibana to ingest data in to Elasticsearch for
specific schemes.
UR-10 Design public dashboard which can be view-able by public
along with filters options.

9. System Overview

9.1 Technical Overview

Tata Trust Application is a web based and multi-tiered architecture. The browser
will be an Internet Explorer 7.0 or higher version. The user machine has browser
that will communicate the user request to an application server in which the
application is being deployed. The application server will communicate to the
database server. In turn database server will return the result set(s) to an
application server. The application server will respond back to the client as per
the application process defined in the business logic and presentation in a
browser. Application services tier implements Tata Trust Presentation, business
and application logic. The application users of Tata Trust application are front end
users, admin users, MIS Users. This application provides the support for Local
Wide Area Network (WAN) i.e. for internet users. The software is developed on
web based environment using COM, ASP.net, VB Script, Java Script, HTML and
AJAX.

11.INTERFACE REQUIREMENTS

a. User Interfaces

 The interface of the application will be part of the user requirements and
will be addressed appropriately.

 The interface design is described in the HLD

 The designing of the application will be carried according to the user
requirements.
b. Hardware Interfaces

There are no external hardware devices that the application interacts with.
c. Software Interfaces

The application will be developed using ASP and HTML as front end with all user-
friendly screens. The Application would be deployed into the Documentum
Content Server 6.5 SP2. Data will be stored in Oracle 10.2 database. The system
should run on: Windows 2008 Server (SP2)

d. System External Interfaces

 SMTP server for Email notification to the users

 An Active Directory (giving implementation for LDAP Protocol) from which
the users will be imported into the Documentum system for participation
in the workflow.

12.2 Test Data

The test data for COA will be the
 Documents, Drawings files and Templates etc.
 Valid Usernames and Passwords for the Users and Admin Module.
 Meta Data of the Files stored in the System (e.g. The Document Number,
Size, Location and Access rights).
 Search data.
 The data used for Reporting.

12.3 User Acceptance Criteria

 The product should meet the requirement specified by the customer
(verification against SRS).
 The products user interface should be user friendly.
 During the process of development the integrity of the data needs to be
maintained.
 Validate hardware and software requirements.
 Product need to be Checked Whether all modules functioning properly
 To Check Whether MDR Generating Reports as per the client requirements
 To Check Whether Search Module giving the relevant content of search item.
