    Andhra Pradesh.

    SUBJECT: Show cause for insects found in Thursday’s breakfast and Saturday lunch.

    It is hereby brought to the notice of the Mess Committee members that there is no due care
    taken for the hygiene of the food being prepared in Mess B.

    There are evidences that are sufficient to bring action against you. You are hereby informed to
    be present on 26th August, 2019 at 16.00 hours in Mr. R Bharath Kumar’s, cabin with an ample
    amount of explanation as in why no action should be taken against you and why the students
    concerns have not been rectified till date.
