“And the Avites made Nibhaz and Tartak, and the Sepharvites burnt their children in fire to
Adrammelech and Anammelech, the gods of Sepharvaim.”
והעוים עשו נבח ז ואת תרתק והספרוים שרפים את בניהם באש לאדרמלך וענמלך אלה ספרים
2 Kings 17:31
Here we see two supplemental pairs of heathen twin deities which are linked functionally
and esoterically to the Didymotheon – Satan and Moloch – the dueling kings of Thaumiel.
(The word “didymotheon” comes from the Greek δίδυμο θεούς didumo theous, “twin gods”).
These additional sets of deities shine additional light on various aspects of Thaumiel from
the point of view of the magician attempting to apprehend some of its more arcane thought-
shapes and doctrines. Together, these three pairs of hostile kings form a sort of split,
demonic trinity of spirits eternally at odds and in warring dichotomy, which typifies the
endless punitive chaos of Thaumiel and the Hell of the Lake of Fire and the Second Death
(moth-sheniy) over which it claims jurisdiction.
Satan and Moloch are the subject of countless excellent histories and exegeses, so I will
dispense with that particular pair and focus on the remaining four demons of the
Didymotheon.
THAUMIEL
Thaumiel [ ]תאומיאלis the highest (or lowest) sphere of the averse tree of life, an antigonistic
world set in hostility against the Sephirah of Kether [ ]כתרwhich means crown. The word
Thaumiel means “twins of god,” in Hebrew roughly similar in meaning to the
Didymotheon. It is in this sphere, then, the arena of eternal dichotomy and contention set
in opposition to the unified kingship of Kether beyond comprehension and reification, that
three sets of twin demons, each facets of the other set, hold court. These six demon gods
are the Didymotheon. Gematrically, Thaumiel in Hebrew equals 488, which corresponds
with the following words:
This energy current then corresponds Thaumiel Qliphah of Kether and purview of the
lowest Hells, to the birth canal of a virgin maiden, a subject which will be discussed in
further detail later.
Thaumiel, the sphere of division and contention unending, is of course divided into two
chambers. The lower chamber, Second Thaumiel, sphere of the hell of Gehinnom, the
place of the burning bodies of the damned in the lake of fire, is occupied by the child-eating
Moloch. The higher chamber, First Thaumiel, sphere of the Second Death, the ultimate
state of the eternity of eternities of flaming perdition, is ruled by Satan, both its malevolent
king and primal victim.
These words paint a picture of Nibchaz, the barking dog of the Didymotheon, as the
watchdog of the palace of the False Ain of Elul, that function of Thaumiel whereby
arrogance and worthlessness aggrandize themselves as spiritual Nirvana, the attainment of
anti-cosmic mastery, the void-consciousness of the Ain, or one of the myriad other ways of
describing such feigned spiritual advancement.
However, for the sincere, diligent student of necromancy and black magick, this fog of self-
deluded ability may eventually be penetrated, as Gematria 67 is also the number
of [ ]בינהbinah, understanding or discernment, the selfsame title of the Sefirah of the same
name, through the process of humility and the abasement of the ego, via the
word [ ]גחוןgechon, belly (of reptiles), found only twice in the Tanakh: the first, regarding the
judgment of the serpent of Eden in Gen 3:14 — “upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust
shalt thou eat all the days of thy life”; and the second, a dietary proscription of unclean
animals — “You are not to eat anything that crawls on its belly”. In other words, the key to
alchemical transmutation of the demonic energy of Nibchaz into true spiritual mastery
involves ritual reenactment of the judgment of the serpent of Eden by identification with that
serpent and its fate.
Nibchaz was worshiped with [ ]תרתקTartak (g.1100), whose name literally means “Prince of
Darkness”, traditionally worshiped in the form of an onager. Gematrically this pagan deity,
in addition to his name literally translating to one of the most common cognomens for Satan
in Western demonology, trafficks in the very Thaumiel-esque energy of terror and strife
through correspondence with the following words:
Together their gematria values of Nibchaz and Tartak adds to 1167, the number of the
Greek word [προβλέπω] to foresee, as well as the English word [theocrasy], a mixture of
the worship of different gods, as of Jehovah and idols. It also corresponds to [ontology],
that department of the science of metaphysics which investigates and explains the nature
and essential properties and relations of all beings, as such, or the principles and causes of
being.
The value of the gnostic merger of Nibchaz and Tartak, 1167, is the prime number 389
tripled, unveiling the principle that these dueling gods of Thaumiel carry the energy of the
triple points of the trident of pitiless post-mortem judgment of the soul, which is
archetypically modeled as the second death or lake of fire. Thus is a potent depiction of
the horrors of final judgment drawn, as Tartak, the Prince of Darkness, his faithful barking
demon canine Nibchaz at his side, gnostically embodies the three-forked punishment of the
damned:
3. Stripping, blasting
[ ]פשטpheshat, to strip, invade, strip off, make a dash, raid, spread out
[ ]שדפהshadepa, blighted or blasted thing, blighted, blasted (noun feminine)
[ ]חשפאchashepha, proper name meaning “stripped”.
1167 also corresponds to the word [pantophagy], which means eating or devouring
everything, an apt picture of hell as it has been portrayed since antiquity, as a place of
ultimate devourment .
As said before, Nibchaz and Tartak combine in gematria to form 1167, the number of
prophetic foresight. In this sense, their utilization paves a way of the left-hand-path
magician and Satanist towards mystical powers of insight and foresight.
The heathen god further denotes death and decay through correspondence with the word
for vulture, orneo [όρνεο]. For the black magician seeking to divine illumination from these
mysteries, the name is also a match for Syriac drammena [ ]ܕܕܕܕܕwhich means
medicine or remedy, invoking the doctrine of Samael, the Poison / Opium of God, and
opens a gateway to alchemically transmute the fatally toxic fumes of Thaumiel into elixirs of
advancement.
Anammelech [( ]ענמלךg.210), literally “Anu (the sky god) is King” and is the only goddess in
the Didymotheon, which makes the gnostic merger of these two gods at the consummation
of the infinity of the second death the only of the three pairings that is heterosexual.
Anammelech paints her picture of Hell as a terrifying place of imprisonment and deep
mysteries enclosed in a sphere of division and desolation to where the damned are driven
in judgment, through correspondence with the words:
Again, to the black magician seeking illumination from within this damnable chaos, I point
out that the name also corresponds to [ἴς] is, force or power, na’aman [ ]נעמןpleasantness,
[ ]בחרbachur, youth, representing strength and vigor, and creativity and fecundity, via the
word [ ]הרהhareh, pregnant.
The combined Gematria of Adrammelech and Anammelech is 505, unlocking the key to the
gateway of the imprisoned high priestess, the second Tarot trump (its ordinal position of II
symbolizing the endless division of Thaumiel). The eternal contention of Thaumiel is
distilled herein into the word [ ]שרהsarah, to contend with, exert power, or persist, also
gematria 505. Add the also-matching word [ ]המתיןhemmatin, which means ‘wait’, and the
spirit of the occult Order of the Second Death is finally revealed: they who persist through
an endless eternity of pitiless, burning damnation, to transform the universe via the final
breaching of the walled priestess who, freed at last, will birth the next age, through
correspondence with alternate meanings of [ ]שרהsarah:
A wall, indicating the imprisonment of the high priestess within the confines of the
infinitude of tortures of the second death
Noblewoman, indicating her nature and character
To liberate, indicating that at the end of aeons she will be freed
Add to this the further Gematrical correspondence to [τεκνίον] little child and [ ]המתיןtehala,
a channel or conduit for water, typical of a birth canal and which also means ‘healing’ or
‘restoration’, and we see that the contribution of Adrammelech’s and Anammelech’s gnostic
merger to these doctrines is that of the highest (or lowest) Hells of Thaumiel being the
womb of the new universe.
The word [ ]שרהsarah or sherah also means ‘bracelet’, so to effect communication from this
future Shaktic demiurge, and manifest the mysteries of this third aspect of the
Didymotheon, make a bracelet and inscribe it with the words “ADRAMMELECH” without
and “ANAMMELECH” within and wear it when interacting studying magick or interacting
with any of these spirits.
Finally, current 449, the alchemical marriage of Satan and Moloch, is a match for the word
[ ]תטמtattem, which is the Atbash cipher of the Hebrew word [ ]אניani, which means ‘I’ or the
self. Ani is an anagram of [ ]איןain, nothingness. Here we come full circle from the False
Ain of Elul to true negation of the ego-universe, and this is the second key to its
mastery: the alchemical transmogrification of the ego into nonbeing.
In closing, the total value of all six demonic divinities of the Didymotheon, the trinity of
Satanic sets of twin demons who teach the mysteries of Thaumiel, is 1167 + 505 + 449, or
2121. This is triple the value of 707, or the sum of the following three words:
They who stray from the right hand and consign themselves to the fate of the cosmic
serpent are the midwives of the world to come. The Second Death is the womb of the new
Paradise.
Hail Satan
