Sebuah pohon mapel dikelilingi oleh dua pohon pinus dan dua pohon palem , sebagai
berikut:

Lima jenis pisang, P, Q, R, S, T diletakkan pada pohon-pohon itu. Tiap pohon memiliki tepat
satu jenis pisang dan terdapat jenis pisang yang berbeda pada tiap pohon. Seekor monyet
sedang lapar dan memerlukan waktu yang sama untuk memakan jenis pisang apapun. Monyet
ini mulai dari sebuah pohon dan mulai memakan sebuah pisang pada pohon itu. Monyet ini
kemudian berayun ke pohon lain dan memakan sebuah pisang yang ada pada pohon itu. Ini
berlanjut sampai si monyet berhenti.
Si monyet memerlukan waktu

• tiga detik untuk berayun dari pohon mapel ke pohon lain dan sebaliknya,

• dua detik untuk berayun dari pohon pinus ke pohon palem dan sebaliknya, dan

• tujuh detik untuk berayun antar dua pohon pinus atau dua pohon palem sambil
menghindari pohon mapel sepanjang perjalanan.

Si monyet memakan pisang jenis P, Q, S, R, T, R, P dengan urutan seperti ini dan kemudian
berhenti.
Tuliskan semua jenis pisang yang mungkin ada di pohon mapel jika total waktu monyet
berayun sekecil mungkin.

Going Bananas

A maple tree is surrounded by two pine trees and two palm trees , as follows:

Five types of bananas, P, Q, R, S, T are placed in the trees. Each tree has exactly one type of
banana in it and there is a different type of banana in each tree. A monkey is hungry and takes
the same amount of time to eat any banana. The monkey starts on a tree and begins by eating
a banana on that tree. The monkey then swings to another tree and eats a banana on that
tree. The monkey then swings to another tree and eats a banana on that tree. This will
continue until the monkey stops.
It takes the monkey

• three seconds to swing from the maple tree to any other tree or vice versa,

• two seconds to swing from a pine tree to a palm tree or vice versa, and

• seven seconds to swing between two pine trees or two palm trees while avoiding the
maple tree along the way.

The monkey eats bananas of type P, Q, S, R, T, R, P in that order then stops.

List all the possible types of banana that can be in the maple tree if the total amount of time
the monkey swings is as small as possible.

Sebenarnya tidak ada yang membatasi bidang pekerjaan aktuaris, artinya mereka
bisa di mana saja. Prinsipnya apabila sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak bidang
keuangan mempunyai 3 variabel yaitu, ada kewajiban terhadap pihak ketiga,
mengelola asset, dan mempunyai risiko, maka perusahaan tersebut membutuhkan
keahlian aktuaris.
