ORDER:

The Chief Engineer (R&B) MDR in his letter read above, has stated that
proposed Inner Ring Road to Kuppam town is 10.45 kms length, which comprise 4
Arms. The Arm-I (North side) for a length of 2.40 Km is named as Linked road, for
which Land acquisition process is completed and the construction work is in
progress. The Arm – IV (East side) length of 3.05 Km is a part of the existing NH-
219 and no development is required. For the balance two arms – Arm – II (West
side - 2.40 Km) & Arm –III (South side -2.60 Km) the Stage-I activities i.e., Land
Acquisition & shifting of utilities for both the Arms are in brisk progress. Hence the
Chief Engineer (R&B) MDR has requested to accord Administrative sanction for the
two said two arms i.e., Arm-II and Arm-III under PLAN MDR.

2) In the circumstances stated by the Chief Engineer (R&B) MDR, AP in his

letter read above and after careful examination of the matter Government hereby
accord administrative sanction for the two following works for an amount of
Rs.3890.00 Lakhs (Rupees Three Thousand Eight Hundred Ninty Lakh only) under
PLAN MDR scheme for formation of Inner Ring Road to Kuppam town in Chittor
district:

4) The amount sanctioned in para (2) above, shall be met from the Head of
Account “ 5054 Capital outlay on Roads and Bridges - 04 District and Other Roads –
MH.337 Road Works–GH.11 State Development Schemes – SH (09) Major District
Roads –530 Major Works - 531 Other Expenditure”.

5) The Chief Engineer (R&B) MDR, AP shall take further necessary action
accordingly.

6) This order issues with the concurrence of Finance Dept vide their
U.O.No.17023/76/FMU-TR&B/2018, dt.25.05.2018
