SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, JOAQUIN G. SALVADOR, of legal age, married, Filipino, resident and

with a postal address at Birbira, Camiling, Tarlac, Philippines, have NAMED,
CONSTITUTED and APPOINTED, and by these presents, do NAME, CONSTITUTE
and APPOINT, MARYCRIS B. CAOILE, of legal age, Filipino, married, a resident
of and with postal address at Pob. East, Santa Ignacia, Tarlac as true and lawful
Attorney-in-fact, for us and in our name, place and stead, for our own use and
benefit, to do and perform all or any of the following acts and things pertaining
to the BIR registration of my business JJEQ WATER REFILLING STATION to wit:
1.To file application and receive the Certificate of Registration from the
Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR)-17B.
2.To file application for Authority to Print Receipts and Invoices and receive
said documents.
3.To sign documents or papers as maybe required by the BIR.
4.Generally, to do and perform all and every act and thing which may be
necessary in the exercise of the foregoing powers.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said Attorney-in-fact full power
and authority to do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever
requisite, and necessary to be done as fully to all intents and purposes as I
might or could lawfully do if personally presents, and hereby ratifying and
confirming all that my said Attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do by virtue of these
presents.
