IMPORTANCE OF EDUCATION

Good morning to the Excellencies, my respected teachers and my dear friends. I would like to speech
over importance of education at this great occasion in front of you. Education is very important to all of
us. Our parents make us learn many things at home and then send us to school after age of three years.
Our home is first education institute, where we learn how to behave to others and other skills however,
school education is very necessary to be successful in practical life.

Through school education we learn and develop personality, mental skills, moral and physical powers.
Without proper education, one gets lack of all educational benefits in his/her life. Education is the only
key to success in personal and professional life. Education provides us various types of knowledge and
skills. It is a continuous, slow and secure process of learning which helps us in obtaining knowledge. It is
a continuous process which starts when we take birth and ends when our life ends.

We should make our habits of learning always all through the life from our teachers, parents, family
members, friends and other related people in our life. We learn to become a good person, learn to live
in home, society, community and friend circle. Attending school and receiving education is extremely
vital for every person and necessary for those who want to achieve success.

We all take birth in same manner at the same planet however do not get same opportunity to receive
such type of formal education which may lead everyone of us towards success because of the lack of
money and knowledge of parents. One who gets proper education becomes admired by the members of
the family, community and country. Proper education by all brings equality among human beings and
removes the feeling of difference.

In providing good level of education, teachers play very important role. Whatever we learn through our
parents and teachers goes with us throughout the life which we again pass on to our next generation.
The aim and benefits of proper education is not restricted to only personal gains instead it benefits
other people of the family, society and country. People in the society have different meaning, needs and
perceptions about the education however the real meaning and importance of it never changes.

Education not only makes us able to learn about history, science, math, geography, and other subjects
however it makes us smart enough to learn how to live life and handle bad situations.

Good morning everyone it is a pleasure to stand hiere in front iwould like to introduce my self im joseph
harvey perez 21 years of age im graduated @ Batasan Hills National High school year 2012 as a special
Program in the arts or also knwon as SPA section

Special Program in the arts it is a selected students came from differents cities that have a different skills
like Music or singing, Theater artsor acting ,Visual Arts, Multimedia arts and Dance and i belong to
Visual Artist group

Visual artist group enhance my skills on arts from sketching, drawing, portraint, painting and making
3D arts. so because im good on this skills i decided to get a course related from my skills then i choose
and i think im ready for this course and i know i enjoy.

year 2013 i start studying @ LPU here in manila course of Marketing management but 3 of us my
brother and sister was on college level at that time year 2016 it is not easy to make a decision so i
decided to drop my class due to financial and help my mom to produce what may bro and bro needs

Then one day started to look for a job i send. my resume for different company, i also experience walk
in applicant, one of the most experience i encouter is severaltimes of rejection why ? because I AM A
UNDER GRAD person. most of the big company needs a graduate student or degree holder to get a
decent jobs. at the end i am only a salesstaff

I start being sales staff on Oxygen Botique transfer to Penshoppe Botique. promoted from salesstaff to
Head Cashier , when you are in field of botique store you encouter different kinds customer some
customer are good like wow angel and most of the customer are bad like wow dimunyu,

After a year, 2017 my brother graduated @ Adamson University course of Architecture. i feel happy to
my brother and also to me then i remember when i sacrifice my study and now this is the result i thank
god for this wonderful blessing but if theres a good news theres a bad news

our company makes a reshuffle from staff to manager i assign @ Lucky China Town penshoppe with my
new manager and also my new staff and co cashier but after a few months we sees that our manager
have hihgh self esteem and has a low expectation with us because WE ARE NOT A GRADUATE PERSON
isaid someday i will be back here. with same position or i am your boss

year 2018 My sister Laira Kristelle Perez grduated @ LPU here in Manila course of Bs Customs
administration and im very proud to her and this is the time to go back. and continue my journey as a
BUSINESSMAN thanks to my manager that gave me a inspiration to change my course

and now here i am a newly , and fresh from the bath named Jospeh Harvey F Perez Course of Business
Administration. major in Business Management your Future businessman if not just to be a Great
