Rate of Imposition. There shall be collected a Mayor’s Permit Fee for Zoning/Locational Clearance for all structures constructed within the
Municipality of Calanogas in accordance with the prescribed HLURB rates: (New Provision)
Application fees:
This excludes the cost of reclassification proceedings such as production/reproduction of maps and other documents, public hearings
and publication which shall likewise be charge to the account of the applicant.
The Zoning Administrator is hereby authorized to increase the rates herein prescribed by not more than fifty percent (50%) if he so sees
its propriety with the consent or prior approval of the Sangguniang Bayan. However, such increase or decrease shall not be done oftener than
once a year.
Except for government-owned or controlled corporation, all government projects, whether national or local, are exempted from the
payment of the prescribed fees; provided, however, that the locational clearance must be secured prior to the finalization of the plans and the
issuance of the corresponding building permit.
Owners or operators of subdivision projects shall pay the following fees to the Municipal Treasurer based on the order of payment
issued by the Municipal Planning and Development Coordinator or by his duly authorized representative in accordance with the following
schedules:

Administrative Provisions. The Municipal Mayor shall administer the provision of this article and other existing ordinances, executive orders,
laws relating to and governing zoning .locational clearance.
