This course builds on the basic financial tools and


aims to develop a deeper understanding of the
interaction between shareholders, corporations and the financial markets. It also

extends the analysis of the investment and financial decisions faced by corporate

course will also discuss how managers should
organize their financial transactions effectively and with integrity.
