 RULES + REGULATIONS
1.Tournaments will be played with 8 rounds Swiss System.
2.Time control :10 minutes + 5 seconds increment per move from move no.1
3.The latest Fide Rapid rules will be applicable with suitable tie break system.
4.Arbiter- I A Pradip Kumar Roy will be the Chief Arbiter for the Event.
5.Appeals Committee- Protests, if any, Against the Decision of the Chief Arbiter
must be lodged within 10 minutes of incident.
with protest fee of Rs 500/- in writing to the Appeals Committee, to be formed at the start of the Tournament.
6. Organisers reserve the right to accept or reject any entry without stating any reason thereof.

2.Rs.1000 for rated and unrated players. Total entry may be stricted to 250.

2.AICF registration is mandatory for all Players for the period 2019-20. This should be done online before the event.
3.AACA registration is mandatory for all Assam Players and GCA registration
for all Guwahati Players before the start of the tournament by the relevant fees.
4.Spot registration will strictly not be entertained.
