COMPLAINT

The undersigned accuses Marco Gumabao of the crime of Rape, committed as follows:

That on June 10, 2018, at Brgy. Sabang, Lipa City, Batangas, Philippines, and within the

jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, the above-named accused, by means of force, threat or

intimidation, did then and there willfully, unlawfully and feloniously have carnal knowledge of

one Marie Polo y Sanchez, by inserting his penis into her vagina, thus accused succeeded in

having carnal knowledge with her, against her will and consent, to the victim’s damage and

prejudice as may be provided under the New Civil Code.

Contrary to law.
