Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap pengaruh motivasi dan prestasi

kerja karyawan terhadap kinerja seluruh karyawan di Cokelat Klasik Sulfat.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode angket,
observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara yang dipergunakan untuk mencari
pengaruh motivasi dan prestasi kerja terhadap kinerja seluruh karyawan. Populasi
penelitian ini adalah 34 di Cokelat Klasik Sulfat yang dipilih dengan menggunakan
teknik sampel jenuh. Analisis data dilakukan dengan perhitungan dari statistik
dengan Software SPSS (Statistical Program Smart Solution) Ver.24.0 For
Windows. Selanjutnya Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan
validitas item yang mendapat pertimbangan ahli dan uji empirik, selanjutnya
reliabilitas instrumen dengan teknik Alpha_Cronbach. Uji persyaratan analisis
terdiri atas uji normalitas, linearitas, dan heterokedastistas, dan uji hipotesis dengan
teknik regresi sederhan berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel
motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Cokelat
Klasik Sulfat., variabel prestasi kerja berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan
terhadap kinerja karyawan di Cokelat Klasik Sulfat.. Motivasi dan prestasi kerja
karyawan secara bersama sama berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan di
Cokelat Klasik Sulfat.

This study aims to reveal the influence of motivation and work performance
on the performance of all employees on Chocolate Classic Sulphate. This study uses
a quantitative approach with questionnaire, observation, documentation, and
interview methods that are used to find the effect of motivation and work
performance on the performance of all employees. The population of this study was
34 in Chocolate Classic Sulphate which was selected using a saturated sample
technique. Data analysis was performed with calculations from statistics using
SPSS Software (Statistical Program Smart Solution) Ver.24.0 For Windows.
Furthermore, the data collection used a questionnaire with the validity of the items
that received expert consideration and empirical tests, then the reliability of the
instrument with the Alpha_Cronbach technique. Test requirements analysis
consisted of normality, linearity, and heterokedastistas test, and hypothesis testing
with multiple simple regression techniques. The results showed that the motivation
variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance in Cokelat
Klasik Sulfat. The work performance variable had a positive but not significant
effect on employee performance in Cokelat Klasik Sulfat. The motivation and work
performance of employees together had a positive effect on employee performance
in Classic Chocolate Sulphate.
