This study aims to reveal the influence of motivation and work performance
on the performance of all employees on Chocolate Classic Sulphate. This study uses
a quantitative approach with questionnaire, observation, documentation, and
interview methods that are used to find the effect of motivation and work
performance on the performance of all employees. The population of this study was
34 in Chocolate Classic Sulphate which was selected using a saturated sample
technique. Data analysis was performed with calculations from statistics using
SPSS Software (Statistical Program Smart Solution) Ver.24.0 For Windows.
Furthermore, the data collection used a questionnaire with the validity of the items
that received expert consideration and empirical tests, then the reliability of the
instrument with the Alpha_Cronbach technique. Test requirements analysis
consisted of normality, linearity, and heterokedastistas test, and hypothesis testing
with multiple simple regression techniques. The results showed that the motivation
variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance in Cokelat
Klasik Sulfat. The work performance variable had a positive but not significant
effect on employee performance in Cokelat Klasik Sulfat. The motivation and work
performance of employees together had a positive effect on employee performance
in Classic Chocolate Sulphate.
