STEP 1

Identify the 0, 90, 180, 270 degree of top cap and equpment
Meassure the flatness of top flanges
Meassure in section B, diameters, see drawing on the side

STEP 2
Plump the centering of refractory GUIDES
Check height from surface flange till refractory NOSE
Mark the center of refractory GUIDES, middle line, identify radial location
Draw triangule drawing base on 3 existing regratory GUIDES

STEP 3
Mark BCD (2130 mm), inner flange diameter (1780 mm) in frame STR, refractory thk as per dwg 275 mm)
Mark on STR frame the orientaion as well
Shim 3 mm + 3 mm SS Plates (4+4 shims)

STEP 4
Mark the cut line based in actual dimention done inside of refrcatory + 6 mm
Lift the burner underneath of air inlet nozzle
Proceed with cut and aligment to the loose flange
Fully weld in lifted position the flange and pipe (bevel the pipe)
Proceed with LP and RT
Seal fillet weld SS 321 and Incoloy 800, NDE the fillet

STEP 5
Introduce the burner in secondary reformer with guide pins
Inspect with boroscope
close temporary with blind flange and gasket

STEP 6
Tails and bricks installation… to be done later on
as per dwg 275 mm)
