EARTHQUAKE ALERTNESS PROCEDURE
PROSEDUR WASPADA GEMPA
When you check into your room
1. Let the front desk know if you are
handicapped person.
2. Familliarise yourself with the location
of emergency exit door, lifts and
emergency staircase.
3. Familliarise yourself with the location
of a good place to take shelter inside
your room (sofa, big chair, bedside).
If you feel there is an earthquake
1. Get under a sturdy desk, table or
other furniture that is not likely to tip
over.
2. If that not possible, stay close beside
the interior wall and protect your
head with your arms.
3. Staying beside the bed is also
recommended.
Remember
1. Avoid dangerous spots near
windows, mirrors, tall furniture, and
hanging objects.
2. Do not stay behind the door.
After the earthquake
Earthquake cannot be easily predicted.
They come without warning. We cannot tell
whether it has really stopped or there will be
aftershocks. The best thing to do is to STAY
in your room and remain CALM or go down
to the ASSEMBLY POINT.
1. If you want to stay in your room,
please inform the front office.
2. The Assembly Point is located at the
hotel parking area. Please use the
nearest staircase. DO NOT USE
THE LIFT to go down. Do this only
after the earthquake has stopped.
Bila Anda memasuki kamar Anda
1. Beritahu Resepsionis bila Anda
seorang penyandang cacat.
2. Periksa dimana letak pintu darurat,
lift dan tangga darurat.
3. Perhatikan letak sofa, kursi besar
dan area di sekitar tempat tidur
merupakan lokasi berlindung yang
aman.
Jika terjadi guncangan gempa
1. Cari perlindungan di bawah meja
yang kokoh atau benda lain yang
kecil kemungkinan untuk jatuh.
2. Bila tidak memungkinkan, tetap
mendekat di samping dinding interior
dan lindungan kepala Anda dengan
lengan.
3. Berlindung di samping tempat tidur
Anda juga disarankan.
Ingatlah
1. Hindari berlindung di dekat jendela,
kaca cermin, perabot yang tinggi
dan benda-benda yang
menggantung.
2. Jangan berlindung di belakang pintu.
Setelah guncangan selesai
Gempa bumi tidak mudah diperkirakan.
Dapat terjadi secara mendadak dan tanpa
pemberitahuan sebelum/setelah gempa
pertama terjadi, kita tidak dapat mengetahui
apakah gempa tersebut akan berhenti atau
akan terjadi gempa susulan. Yang terbaik
adalah BERDIAM di kamar anda TETAP
TENANG atau menuju “ASSEMBLY
POINT”.
1. Jika Anda tetap ingin berada di
dalam kamar Anda, informasikan
pada kantor depan melalui pesawat
telepon di kamar Anda.
2. Jika Anda ingin turun menuju
“Assembly Point yang terletak di
area parkir hotel, Anda bisa
menggunakan tangga darurat
terdekat. DILARANG
MENGGUNAKAN LIFT saat turun.
Lakukan hal ini setelah gempa
berhenti.
