CHP597 - FOX615 Multiservice Platform:

Advanced Features

Course goal
This course, intended for participants familiar with the FOX615 Multiservice Platform used in SDH net-
works and/or MPLS-TP networks, provides a thorough and practical introduction to the advanced fea-
tures of the FOX615 Multiservice Platform. After the successful completion, the participants will be fa-
miliar with these advanced features. They will be able to configure and maintain the equipment with
these advanced features. The course consists of four modules.

— List the advanced features of the FOX615
— Apply the advanced features of the FOX615
in a transport network
— Configure these advanced features on
FOX615 with FOXCST Software and
FOXMAN-UN
— Summarize and interpret the maintenance
and alarm/status reporting functions related
to the advanced features
— Apply the diagnostics/troubleshooting tools
to diagnose a malfunction of an IP applica-
tion in a FOX615 transport network
