GUESSET ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

SECURITY SERVICES CONTRACT

KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS

This contract executed and entered by and between: GUESSET ELLEMENTARY

SCHOOL with the address GUESSET, NAGUILIAN, LA UNION represented by its School
Head, NAPOLEON H. FERNANDEZ, wherein referred to as “FIRST PARTY”,

- and -

Parent Teacher Association, represented by its PTA President, JENELYN A. TADIFA, herein
referred to as “SECOND PARTY”.

WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY is a recipient of 7 computers from the Department of

Education, Central Office in line with the Department’s objective for continuous advancement
of computer literacy and to provide free and equal access of computers to learners;

WHEREAS, to protect the computer, the FIRST PARTY will enlist the services of the SECOND
PARTY for the purpose of securing the school premises and all properties in view to pre-empt
crimes against properties;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in any consideration of the foregoing premises and of mutual
covenant and provision hereinafter set forth, the parties hereto have agreed and do hereby
mutually bind themselves in this contract as follows:

1. SECURITY SERVICES
The SECOND PARTY shall provide the FIRST PARTY with security personnel in the
person of ARTURO OCHOSA, who will be posted 5:00 in the afternoon until 7:00 the
following day including Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays. The assigned security
personnel may be relieved upon notice to the School Head by the SECOND PARTY;
2. FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES
The assigned personnel shall safeguard all School Properties and its premises and will
render reports for any incident that will occur / take place during his tour of duty.
3. SUPERVISION AND CONTROL
The SECOND PARTY shall exercise disciplinary power through direct supervision,
control and administration over the assigned personnel in accordance with law,
ordinance and pertinent government rules and regulations, as well as, the rules and
regulations laid down by the FIRST PARTY on the matter. The FIRST PARTY however,
shall from time to tie, give instructions to the guard on duty with regards to the proper
safeguarding of FIRST PARTY’S computers and other equipment against theft,
robbery and other unlawful acts committed by any person.
4. TERMS OF CONTRACT
This contract shall take effect starting JULY 2018 and shall remain in full force for a
period of 6 months unless terminated by proper authority on or before the date
mentioned. Subject will be receiving Php 3,000.00 as payment for his service
chargeable against school MOOE.
