ACCUMULATION AND CLEAR IF ANY.
CHECK FOR STORM WATER DRAIN PIPE STRAINERS IN PLACE. IF NOT INSTALL.
CHECK FOR WATER ACCUMULATION ON TERRACE WHICH MAY RESULT IN SEEPAGE AND
CLEAR IF ANY.
CHECK AND PLACE SILICA GEL INSIDE LV INSTRUMENTS LIKE DVR AND UNIBOX ETC.
CHECK FOR WATE ACCUMULATION INSIDE THE HOTEL IF ANY AND CLEAR.
CHECK FOR SPACE HEATER/PANEL HEATER IN LT PANEL FOR ITS OPERATION. IF NOT
INSTALLED, INSTALL ONE AND SET TEMPERATURE TO 30 DEGREES.
CHECK AND INSULATE ALL ELECTRICAL CABLES WHICH ARE FOUND OPEN WHICH MAY
RESULT IN SHORT CIRCUIT OR SPARK DUE TO HIGH HUMIDITY.
WEEKLY
CHECK FOR TRANSFORMER SILICA GEL FOR ITS COLOUR AND CHANGE THE SILICA GEL
IF COLOUR CHANGES.
CHECK FOR RUBBER SEALING OF TRANSFORMER FOR OIL LEAKAGE IF ANY AND
RECTIFY.
GREASE ALL THE FOUNDATION BOLTS AND ALL OTHER FITTING NUTS AND BOLTS
EXPOSED TO ATMOSPHERE.
CLEAR ALL DRAINS FROM DEBRIS AND LEAVES.
CHECK FOR ALL DBs AND PANEL DOORS FOR RUBBER SEALING AND REPLACE THE
DEFECTIVE ONES FOR PROPER SEALING IN THE PANEL.
REMOVE ALL VEGETATION FROM ELECTRICAL AREAS LIKE TRANSFORMER YARD.
CHECK AND ANSURE FOR ALL CRACKS DEVELOPED IN THE BUILDING EXTERIOR ARE
REPAIR WITH SUITABLE MEDIA.
OPERATIONAL CONTROL PROCEDURE
CHECK AND ENSURE FOR ALL WINDOWS IN THE ROOMS FOR PROPER SEALING AND
REPAIR IF REQUIRED.
CHECK AND ENSURE THE EARTHING OF TRANSFORMER, DG FOR INTACTNESS AND
RECTIFY IF NOT INTACT.
CHECK AND ENSURE THE EARTHING FOR ALL EQUIPMENT LIKE GEYSERS/ACs AND
FLOOR DBs AND RECTIFY IF REQUIRED.
CHECK THE LIGHTING ARRESTOR IF FITTED ON THE BUILDING AND ITS CONTINUITY TILL
GROUND.
CHECK AND ENSURE FOR ALL 3 PHASE EQUIPMENT AND MACHINERY FOR EARTHING.
ENSURE PUMPING OUT ARRANGEMENT IS PRESENT IN CASE OF FLOODING DUE TO
HEAVY RAINS.
