1. What is the functioning of your company?


We make high end and perfect fitting business suits for higher officials.

2. How did you get an idea for starting a business of suit production?
It was always been my passion and dream to create a high-end business
suit.

3. What is the speciality about your garment and why it was recognized by
international level?
Once we made a high end well fitted business suit for Japanese prime
minister and that made me one of the well-known bespoke tailor in japan.

4. What are your leadership skills?


When it comes to leadership, I always show positive attitude towards my
employees.

5. What are the challenges did you face in your career?


Once I wanted to start a suit mail order business, so I found some
addresses and contact details of some people in business trade centre at
Hong Kong. My biggest challenge was the communication and
interacting with natives of Hong Kong. So I overcame it by my positive
attitude towards everything and also by getting more contacts by getting
into various garment businesses.

6. Does switching from one business to another help you grow?


Yes according to my vision, time to time switching the businesses will
help me to get insights of the strategies. So, after my suits business I
entered export services and then I joined diamond and property
businesses.

7. As a business owner what are your top priorities?


My top priorities to run a business is to have positive attitude and focus
with passion.
8. Describe a situation where you had to work with a difficult manager or
important client or customer?
It was very difficult and challenging situation to come on Japanese TV,
they asked me to measure once to make perfect fit suit for TV manager,
I took measurement carefully and made his perfect fit suit. Everyone was
surprised and they made my long documentary to show on Japanese TV.
I was first Indian who appeared three times on Japanese TV.

9. Discuss a difficult problem you faced and how you approached it?
First time I entered in Japan I wanted to make new contacts to make
appointments to go to their office. Other thing was language problem
because no one talks in English. Anyhow I managed to talk to them and
got some appointments then I decided to learn Japanese language, I
started reading language books myself and watched Japanese TV to learn
Japanese in faster way.

10. How you give feedback to a staff member who is performing poorly?
I will make him realise with smile and will teach him that how he is
performing poorly. He will understand and will not do same mistake
again in future.

11. Where do you see yourself in next 5 years from now?


I was fortunate to start my own business and I will give my years to my
business and contribute to its growing success.

12. If you have some advice to many business aspirants around the world
what would it be?
Hard work, positive attitude, and honesty.
