share of profit shall not be less than Rs.20,000 per annum. Profits are to be
shared in the proportion of 4:3:3:2. The total profit for the year ended 2002
were Rs.96,000. Prepare P & L Appropriation A/c showing the division of
profit for the year.
Q4 A, B and C are partners with the capital of Rs.10,000 and each share profits
in the ratio of ½, 1/3, 1/6, the net profit for the year 1998 before calculating
interest on capital amounted toRs.13,500. Show the amount of each partner
gain from the firm if 5% interest on the capital is to be calculated before
adjustment of profit.

the end of each month for 12 months. Interest on drawings was charged @ 6%
p.a. Calculate the interest on drawings of A and B for the year ended 31st
December 2009.
