ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT
School Year 2012-2013

Introduction
Management of elementary and secondary institution is a great
challenge for a school head to respond in the smooth operation and
improvement of change for the quality standard of education. However, the
dynamism and being proactive of the administration, faculty members and
other stakeholders give leeway to all age group learners to be beneficiaries
of accessible and relevant standard of education in the barrio. Successful
performance of the school reflects on the accomplishments it achieved for
the whole school year.
The following are the various accomplishments of the school.

Student Development (Elementary Department)

 Participated in GSP/BSP District Encampment held in Carranglan Central
School and won several awards
 Participated in Bulilit Singing Contest and won 3rd place
 Participated in District Readathon held in Carranglan Central School
 Participated in Area and District Athletic Meet
 Participated in District Campus Journalism Contest in Puncan Elementary
School
 Undergo Remedial Classes in Reading and Mathematics
 Participated in the Search for Mr. and Ms. Deped-Elementary and won
both the crown

Student Development (Secondary Department)

 Participated in Congressional District II Secondary Speechfest in Llanera
National High School and won 5th Place in Jazz Chant
 Participated in Area Athletic Meet in Carranglan National High School and
Congressional District Athletic Meet held in Lupao
 Participated in Division Science Fair at Feria National High School in Aliaga
 Participated in Division Math Camp held in Bongabon NHS
 Successful conduct of Student Night


Staff Development (Elementary Department)

 Binay Pagurayan attended the International Seminar on Action Research
in Baguio
 One of the teachers attended the National Seminar on Reading Strategies
at St Paul University in Tuguegarao, Cagayan
 Grade One teachers attended the Division Training on K-12 Basic
Education Program
 Participated in GAD Seminar in Carranglan Central School
 Six teachers attended the Division Training on Essential Tools for Music
 Provided with Teacher’s Lounge


Staff Development (Secondary Department)

 Grade 8 teachers attended the Division Training on K-12 Basic Education
Program
 Three teachers have approved ERF and ready for implementation this
fiscal year

 Acquired Learning Materials for Grade 1
 Improved learning materials and assessment tools

Curriculum Development (Secondary Department)

 Acquired the Learning Materials for Grade 7
 Acquired LCD projector through SSG initiatives and teachers support
 Utilization of ICT in teaching through the use multi-media LCD projector
 Improved learning materials and assessment tools


Physical Facilities Development (Elementary Department)

 Improved the Open-Gym with concrete bench
 Put additional layer of concrete fence
 Electrification of seven instructional room


Physical Facilities Development (Secondary Department)

 Follow-up the on-going the first 2-storey classroom building with 8
classrooms with complete facilities
 Secured the computer laboratory with steel doors
 Electrification of two instructional room
