Indonesian employees as QC Document Controller. The person must have strong interpersonal
skills, able to work both independently and co-operatively, and to balance flexibility, accurate
and with a good sound knowledge of common sense. Fresh graduates are also welcome. This
position is for BALI office to be replaced/ under our sister company (BASIL).

# QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

 Education: Min. Four-year College in Fishery - Akademi/Sekolah Tinggi Perikanan (STP),

Food technology or any related field.
 Min. 2 (two) years experiences in relevant area: Quality control or production preferably in the
in fishery industry.
 Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, power point, words.
 Skill:
- Have acknowledge on HACCP, CCP and GMP, Has a knowledge about food industry
certification either social audit or food safety audit certification.
- Have acknowledge about packaging regulation.
- Have a little knowledge on graphic design application such as Adobe Photoshop,
Corel Draw or any illustrator graphic application
- Comfortable working with individuals at all organizational levels.
- Able to join soon.

# Document Control Job Responsibilities:

 Reviewing co-packer QC document including audit report and HACCP Manual.

 Updating and maintaining Vendors or Co-Packer Quality Certification and other compliance
document on buyer portal.
 Scheduling the annual mock recall for each co-packer and make the mock recall report once
the simulation done.
 Reviewing the efficiency and implementation of quality and inspection systems.
 Responsible for document management systems.
 Reviewing label and specification sheet for new item that have been prepared by doc control
staff.
 Update on any new regulation related to food safety and especially on USFDA regulation.
 Assist in providing QC/QA document for buyer.
 Assist in responding and reviewing a complaint from customer as well as the investigation and
corrective action report submitted by vendor.
