• PROKRETE PSP-PX3 retards the setting time
of concrete thus allowing additional time for
transport and placement compared to plain mix.

• PROKRETE PSP-PX3 increases the rate of
strength gain and the ultimate strength of a given
mix by lowering the water cement ratio.

by decreasing the amount of cement needed to
achieve the desired compressive strength of concrete

DOSAGE AND METHOD OF APPLICATION
PROKRETE PSP-PX3 is recommended at a
dosage of 0.80 % -1.50 % by weight of cement. Trial
mix should be performed in every application to
determine the optimum dosage.
PROKRETE PSP-PX3 should be introduced
into the concrete with water using a volumetric
dispenser.
MATERIAL COMPOSITION
PROKRETE PSP-PX3 is an aqueous solution
of polycarboxylate based dispersing agent modified with
additives to control the setting time of concrete. It does
not contain calcium chloride or any chemicals that
maybe corrosive to concrete or steel.
APPLICABLE STANDARDS
PROKRETE PSP-PX3 conforms to ASTM C-
494 type G specification.
PACKING
PROKRETE PSP-PX3 is available in plastic
or steel drums of 208 liters.
SAFETY AND HANDLING PRECAUTION
Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Do not take
internally. In case of skin contact, immediately flush skin
with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. In case of
contact with eyes, flush eyes with plenty of clean water
for at least 15 minutes and get medical attention. If
ingested, call a physician immediately.
