AFFIDAVIT OF WAIVER OF RIGHTS IN CONJUGAL PARTNERSHIP

been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and state:

2. That an Annulment Case between me and my wife is pending before Regional

3. That during the pendency of the abovementioned case, my wife,

4. That a copy of the CCT is attached herein as ANNEX “A;”

5. That I guarantee that this property does not form part of our Conjugal Property
for the reason that it is purchased with her exclusive money;

6. That I am acknowledging the rights of my wife over this property including all
the proceeds, fruits, profits, or interests yielding therefrom as her sole and
exclusive property;

7. That I am also recognizing her right to retain exclusive ownership, possession,

administration and enjoyment thereof as well as her exclusive right to mortgage,
encumber, alienate or otherwise dispose the same without the need of my
consent;

8. That I am waiving my rights, interest, or share over abovementioned property

which I may have by reason of our marriage;

9. That I am executing this Affidavit to attest the truth of all the foregoing facts and
for all other legal purposes this may serve.
