ABSTRAK

Resep polifarmasi dapat mengakibatkan pemborosan, peningkatan interaksi obat

maupun efek samping obat dan efek psikososial yang mengakibatkan pasien
bergantung pada obat.Penelitian ini dilakukan secara restropektif menggunakan
resep yg masuk di salah satu apotek di Ujungberung kota Bandung Dari 278
sampel yg sesuai kriteria inklusi diperoleh data berdasarkan usia kelompok 46-55
tahun paling banyak menerima resep polifarmasi (71 lembar) .Dan obat yang
paling banyak diresepkan adalah methylprednisolon. Penelitian ini menunjukkan
polifarmasi minor karena rata rata dalam 1 lembar resep terdiri dari 3 R/ (128
lembar).

 ABSTRACT

Polypharmacy prescriptions can result in waste, increased drug interactions and

drug side effects and psychosocial effects that result in patients relying on drugs.
This study was conducted in a retropective manner using prescriptions that were
included in one of the pharmacies in Ujungberung, Bandung. From 278 samples
that matched the inclusion criteria data was obtained based on age group 46-55
years most received polypharmacy prescriptions (71 sheets). And the most
prescribed drug is methylprednisolon. This study shows minor polypharmacy
because the average in 1 recipe sheet consists of 3 R / (128 sheets).
