PROJECT : New booster pump in DS-02 (northern rumaila) & many projects for all stations in rumaila.
Job description:
Participate in field/ site walks coordinate field investigation work for surveys, utility investigations, environmental delineations,
geotechnical investigations, cathodic protection, etc. in support of the pipeline design effort.
Perform FEED Studies for proposed pipeline systems or modifications and associated facilities.
Prepare detailed engineering design of hazardous liquids, gas, slurry and other pipeline projects including design of trenchless
crossings (Bore, Microtonal, HDD).
Prepare pipeline stress calculations associated with proposed pipeline crossings and horizontal directional drills.* Coordinate
engineering and survey services in support of right of way acquisition needs and environmental permitting on pipeline projects.
Review third party pipeline encroachments for impacts to the client’s pipeline system.
Prepare project funding documents such as cost estimates, equipment bid summaries and authorization requests.
Provide field project coordination, engineering services and troubleshooting.
Preparation and submission of permit application packages associated with pipeline projects.

Job description:
Provide static maintenance support to the field operations to manage asset operation to ensure the set production target are met and
safeguard technical integrity.
Ensure all PM/CM activities are carried out by EMC contractor and drive performance to meet Directorate targets.
Priorities and plan EMC static maintenance workload for all tanks, vessels, RVs, valves, On-Plot piping, pipelines and flowlines
Custodian of the asset temporary repair register.
Ensure all work orders are raised/issued and are executed on time as per set plan.
Provide static maintenance input into the Operations Business Plans/program build for area.
Carry out QA/QC on completed CM/PM work.

installations and maintenance operations and supervises construction staff. To become one, you typically need to earn a bachelor’s degree
in mechanical, structural or civil engineering, fulfill licensing requirements and have excellent teamwork, decision-making and
communication skills. A piping construction engineer often reports to a construction manager and can secure employment in the natural
gas, mining and construction industries.

SKILLS
Considerable experience in the Mechanical Engineering discipline of which a significant portion has been spent in Static
Maintenance.
The piping engineer must have a good deal of responsibility and be wise to exercise caution in performing the task that he or she is
assigned to do, since making a mistake during the installation of a pipe can set a project back for months, costing a company a
considerable amount of time and money. The piping engineer must be able to work long hours as this may be a requirement of a
particular project, and must be able to travel, easily, from one job site to another. Piping engineers must also have excellent
communication and teamwork skills as they often find themselves working closely with other engineers and technical staff.
