 Tata Cara Pembayaran
Cetak Sertifikat ELPT dan TES Melalui Bank Mandiri

Pembayaran melalui Bank Mandiri di seluruh Indonesia dapat dilakukan dengan

salah satu cara sebagai berikut :

a. Melalui Teller Bank Mandiri

 Datang ke Cabang Bank Mandiri terdekat

 Mengisi formulir multi pembayaran (warna biru)
 Mencantumkan Penerima : Pusat Bahasa UNAIR
 Mencantumkan Kode Pembayaran/No. Invoice : Contoh : 7118112500001
 Selanjutnya masukkan jumlah pembayaran sesuai dengan jenis transaksi
pembayaran pada kolom nominal setoran
 Bayar ke Petugas Teller Bank Mandiri
 Data pembayaran secara otomatis akan tersimpan di database Pusat
Bahasa.
 Jika proses pembayaran gagal ada 2 kemungkinan :
1. Nomer Invoice pembayaran Anda telah kedaluwarsa (expired)
2. Kuota jadwal tes yang Anda pilih sudah penuh.

b. Pembayaran Melalui Mesin ATM Mandiri

 Masukkan Kartu ATM Bank Mandiri

 Pilih : Bahasa Indonesia, Ketik : Nomor PIN ATM
 Pilih : Menu Bayar/Beli, Pilih : Menu Pendidikan
 Masukkan Kode : 10008 (Universitas Airlangga) kemudian tekan ’BENAR’
 Ketik : Kode Pembayaran/No. Invoice (contoh : 7118112500001) tekan
’BENAR’
 Layar akan menampilkan identitas jumlah pembayaran Anda kemudian
tekan ’1’ jika data telah sesuai
 Untuk melakukan eksekusi tekan ’YA’, untuk pembatalan tekan ’TIDAK’
 Transaksi telah selesai. Data pembayaran secara otomatis akan tersimpan di
database Pusat Bahasa.
 Jika proses pembayaran gagal ada 2 kemungkinan :
1. Nomer Invoice pembayaran Anda telah kedaluwarsa (expired)
2. Kuota jadwal tes yang Anda pilih sudah penuh.

c. Melalui Mobile Banking
 Buka Mandiri Online melalui smartphone (Android atau iPhone).
 Setelah tampilan muncul, kemudian isikan User ID & Password Anda.
 Klik LOGIN
 Pilih : menu Bayar
 Pilih : menu Pendidikan
 Isikan : Penyedia Jasa dengan Universitas Airlangga
 Isikan : Nim/No Tes dengan nomer Invoice ( contoh : 7219011400001 )
 Isikan : Description dengan Pembayaran Tes/Sertifikat/Kursus
 Klik : Lanjut
 Pilih : Jumlah Tagihan
 Klik : Lanjut
 Setelah muncul tampilan konfirmasi tagihan pembayaran, Klik Konfirmasi.
 Setelah selesai memproses pembayaran, Anda akan diberikan bukti
pembayaran.
 Transaksi telah selesai. Data pembayaran secara otomatis akan tersimpan di
database Pusat Bahasa.
 Jika proses pembayaran gagal ada 2 kemungkinan :
1. Nomer Invoice pembayaran Anda telah kedaluwarsa (expired)
2. Kuota jadwal tes yang Anda pilih sudah penuh.

D. Melalui Interner Banking
 Buka Mandiri Online : https://ibank.bankmandiri.co.id
 Setelah tampilan muncul, kemudian isikan User ID & Password Anda.
 Klik LOGIN
 Pilih : menu Bayar
 Pilih : menu Pendidikan
 Isikan : Penyedia Jasa dengan Universita Airlangga
 Isikan : Nim/No Tes dengan nomer Invoice ( contoh : 7219011400001 )
 Isikan : Description dengan Pembayaran Tes/Sertifikat/Kursus
 Klik : Lanjut
 Cek List : Jumlah Tagihan
 Klik : Lanjut
 Setelah muncul tampilan konfirmasi tagihan pembayaran, Klik Konfirmasi.
 Setelah selesai memproses pembayaran Anda akan diberikan bukti
pembayaran.
 Transaksi telah selesai. Data pembayaran secara otomatis akan tersimpan di
database Pusat Bahasa.
 Jika proses pembayaran gagal ada 2 kemungkinan :
1. Nomer Invoice pembayaran Anda telah kedaluwarsa (expired)

 Payment Procedures
ELPT Certificate Print & Test At Bank Mandiri

ELPT and TOEFL ® ITP test payment is carried out at Bank Mandiri across Indonesia
using one of the following methods:

a. Bank Mandiri Teller

 Come to Bank Mandiri office nearby

 Fill Multi-Payment Form (blue sheet)
 Fill Pusat Bahasa UNAIR as beneficiary
 Fill Payment Code / Your Invoice Number , example : 71181125000001
 Fill the amount of payment according to the type of the transaction at the
amount column
 Pay the amount of money at the teller.
 Your payment data will be automatically recorded in the database of Pusat
Bahasa Universitas Airlangga
 If your payment fails, there may be two causes:
1. The payment due of your invoice number has been expired
2. The quota of the test schedule you wish to apply is full.

b. Using Automatic Teller Machine (ATM)

 Insert your Bank Mandiri ATM card

 Choose Bahasa Indonesia (or English) as your language interface and Enter
your PIN Code
 Choose Payment/Purchase and choose Education
 Enter Code 10008 (Universitas Airlangga) and click CONFIRM
 Enter your Payment Code or Invoice Number (example : 71181125000001)
and click CONFIRM
 The screen will display your transaction identity. Press 1 if the transaction is
correct.
 Press YES to confirm your payment, Press NO to cancel your payment
 Your transaction is complete. Your payment data will be automatically
recorded in the database of Pusat Bahasa Universitas Airlangga
 If your payment fails, there may be two causes:
1. The payment due of your invoice number has been expired
2. The quota of the test schedule you wish to apply is full.

c. Using Mandiri Mobile Banking
 Open Mandiri Online Banking app on your Smartphone (Android or iPhone).
 In the following screen, Enter your User ID and Password.
 Click LOGIN
 Choose Payment
 Choose Education
 Enter Universitas Airlangga as Service Provider
 Enter your Invoice Number as NIM/No. Test ( example: 7219011400001 )
 Enter Test/Certificate/Course Payment in Description
 Click Continue
 Choose Payment Amount
 Click Continue
 In the following screen, click Confirm to confirm your Payment
 When the process is complete, you will be receiving transaction receipt.
 Your transaction is complete. Your payment data will be automatically
recorded in the database of Pusat Bahasa Universitas Airlangga
 If your payment fails, there may be two causes:
1. The payment due of your invoice number has been expired
2. The quota of the test schedule you wish to apply is full.

D. Using Mandiri Internet Banking
 Go to: https://ibank.bankmandiri.co.id
 In the following screen, Enter your User ID and Password.
 Click LOGIN
 Choose Payment
 Choose Education
 Enter Universitas Airlangga as Service Provider
 Enter your Invoice Number as NIM/No. Test ( example: 7219011400001 )
 Enter Test/Certificate/Course Payment in Description
 Click Continue
 Check Payment Amount
 Click Continue
 In the following screen, click Confirm to confirm your Payment
 When the process is complete, you will be receiving transaction receipt.
