Ensure proper library and record control

Recruit, select, evaluate and hire qualified crew.
Handle employment contracts.
Initiate SQE familiarization (in the office) for masters and chief engineers.
Handle travel arrangements for crew and office personnel.
Monitor and verify MGA.
Monitor crew health issues while on board; follow-up on discharges due to illness
Identify training needs/plan training, necessary for the promotion of officers under contract.
Identify additional (to benefit the Company) training needs/plan training, for officers under contract.
