  Go to the LTO within seventy-two hours from the time of apprehension.

  Get the Case No. from the Law Enforcement Service.
  Bring the yellow and white copies to the Traffic Adjudication Service.
  The Hearing Officer decides the case.
  A pay order slip is issued and payment is made at the Cashier.
  After payment, the adjudicated case is then released to the driver.
  The driver presents the release papers to the releasing unit and retrieves his driver’s license if
no suspension is imposed by the Hearing Officer.
