Scenario # 1.
Answer: First of all, I should consider their statement. So I’ll look at the
training skill for which they are being trained, depends on the training that
they’re getting, must thing to employees that training would enhance their
skill and knowledge and is this training would be good for a company or not.
In future, if this training would be good, beneficial and relevant for a
company, I would really consider them to pay. This is a right approach, those
person who are being trained, they would be helpful to make company
better, otherwise, if it’s irrelevant for a company this would not be a good
approach to pay. The most important thing is, each and every employee of
your company keeps specialty and every employee has their own right to
progress ahead. So if you think that the training will help them in achieving
their objective to performing the task in a better way, if the training help
them in performing the daily duties in a better way and morally, legally and
ethically, you’re abolish to pay their training.
Scenario # 2.
Answer: in this case, I’ll make them clear that whatever they want to do,
they should be assured about the daily duties of a company, they’ve
completed their daily tasks of company or not. If they can manage time after
their task completion then you should let them do that work, because we
have already discussed previous, giving back to the society is one of the
good profession. If you can manage time, you should do the better for
society, you should clear your subordinates, they should complete their task
then you can use your free time and resources of your company to perform
that task, so that is the way to respond the situation morally, legally and
ethically.

Scenario # 3.
Answer: As I’m working in a software engineer company, I look
at those things they’re following a culture that, their management
instead of buying and wasting money on their softwares, they
encourages me to use the pirated softwares, and the reason
behind is they wants cheap solutions, their management
developed a culture that they uses pirated software, so I would
really think of that, being a software engineer I have already
studied that it’s totally against of the rule and code of conduct,
it’s clearly a crime to use other properties for own company,
basically these softwares are copy-righted, if you want to use
them you need to get permission of that software owner
company, and in this situation being polite I must tell my
colleagues and management that it’s a crime and against to your
code of conduct, a professional way is you should purchase those
softwares, so you can use them in the long term, this is the only
way to respond them morally, legally and ethically.
