 Project Title: COLONIA DIVINA EMERGENCY AND MEDICAL CENTER WITH AMBULANCE

 Location of Beneficiaries: Brgy Colonia Divina, Sagay City, Negros Occidental and its
neighboring barangays. Approximately 25 kilometers from the city proper.

II. BACKGROUND/SITUATION ANALYSIS

Brgy. Colonia Divina is located in the mountains of Sagay City. All medical and public
services are located in the city proper and the nearest medical institution is located at Brgy
Bato, Sagay City, a 1-hr drive from Brgy Colonia Divina. Due to its location, the residents feel
hard in accessing medical services especially during emergency cases. The barangay also
does not have an emergency vehicle that can be use for emergency cases. For the past
years, several cases of death were recorded due to the distance of our barangay to the
nearest medical institution.
In this regard, the Brgy Council, decided to proposed an Emergency and Medical Center
and an ambulance to cater the emergency cases of the residents. Furthermore, this
emergency and medical center will also cater the 3 nearby barangays, namely, Brgy Celelino
Villacin, Cadiz City, Campo Santiago, Brgy Sewahon, & Brgy Baviera.

III. PROJECT OBJECTIVES

This project has the following objective, namely:
1. To bring the health institution closer to the people,
2. To address the emergency health cases of the residents,
3. To provide health services to the people who are far from the city.

IV. DESIRED IMPACT AND OUTCOME OF THE PROJECT

After the successful implementation of the project, it is expected to have the following impacts
and outcomes:
1. Lessen the death cases of emergency health cases of the resident.
