Kabupaten Bandung” ini dapat terselesaikan sesuai dengan waktu yang telah

ABSTRACT
There are problems in this study, the students in the field of DPIB is less, false
perceptions about the prospects of SMK graduates in the field of expertise DPIB,
the decrease in the number of SMK in the field of expertise DPIB and student’s
input SMK DPIB are not good. The purpose of this study is to obtain a description
of the percentage of each the factors that affect the students and to determine the
factors that contribute the most for students in SMK election in the field of
expertise DPIB as a inferior school. This research uses descriptive method with
quantitative approach. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The
sample is 59 students of class XI DPIB SMK Negeri 7 Baleendah. The results
showed that all factors revealed such as motivation, talent, interest, vocational
factors in the field of Design Modeling and Information building expertise,
graduate procces, family, peers, alumni of SMP, teachers and public perceptions of
SMK graduates in the field of expertise of DPIB have impact which is quite
varied. Factors that give the greatest contribution for students to choose SMK area
of expertise of DPIB as the inferior school of choice is external factor categorized
enough impact. The interest factor is greater than the other factor. Therefore,
students should be able to increase interest, motivation, talent, and other external
factors to learn in the field of DPIB expertise by arranging to find out information
about building techniques, trying new things about building engineering, it can
improve interest and motivation to learning in the area of DPIB expertise.
