Skripsi dengan judul “Pengaruh Modal dan Tenaga Kerja terhadap

Pendapatan Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) Asosiasi Pengrajin
Industri Konveksi (APIK) di Desa Tritunggal Kecamatan Babat Kabupaten Lamongan “

Tingkat pendapatan pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM)
industri konvesi di Lamongan telah berkembang secara signifikan dari tahun ke
tahun namun permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam industri ini yaitu tentang modal
dan tenaga kerja. Oleh karena itu modal yang digunakan yaitu berupa pinjaman
dari bank dan tenaga kerja diambil dari wilayah itu sendiri sehingga dapat
mengurangi tingkat pengangguran dan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan. Dalam
meningkatkan pendapatan usaha yang dijalankan harus memperhatikan modal dan
tenaga kerja sehingga suatu usaha dapat menghasilkan produksi yang diinginkan
dan pada akhirnya akan menghasilkan jumlah pendapatan yang sesuai usahanya.
Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Apakah modal
berpengaruh terhadap tingkat pendapatan Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan
Menengah Asosiasi Pengrajin Industri Konveksi di Desa Tritunggal
Kecamatan Babat Kabupaten Lamongan?, Apakah tenaga kerja
berpengaruh terhadap tingkat pendapatan Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan
Menengah Asosiasi Pengrajin Industri Konveksi di Desa Tritunggal
Kecamatan Babat Kabupaten Lamongan? Apakah modal dan tenaga kerja
berpengaruh terhadap tingkat pendapatan Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan
Menengah Asosiasi Pengrajin Industri Konveksi di Desa Tritunggal
Kecamatan Babat Kabupaten Lamongan?.
Peneliti ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis
penelitian asosiatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive
sampling. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 103 Usaha Mikro,
Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) Asosiasi Pengrajin Industri Konveksi.
Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Pengukuran dalam
penelitian ini menggunakan skala likert. Tahap selanjutnya, hasil kuesioner
dianalisis dengan regresi linier berganda yang berfungsi untuk membuktikan
hipotesis penelitian. Data-data yang telah memenuhi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas,
dan uji asumsi klasik diolah sehingga menghasilkan persamaan regresi.
Hasil pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t menunjukkan bahwa modal
dan tenaga kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap
pendapatan Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) Asosiasi Pengrajin
Industri Konveksi. Sedangkan dari hasil pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji f
menunjukkan bahwa variabel modal dan tenaga kerja berpengaruh positif dan
signifikan secara simultan terhadap pendapatan Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan
Menengah (UMKM) Asosiasi Pengrajin Industri Konveksi di Desa Tritunggal
Kecamatan Babat Kabupaten Lamongan.

The income level of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM-Unit Usaha
Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah) actors in the conversion industry in Lamongan has grown
significantly from year to year but the problems faced in this industry are about capital
and employee. Therefore capital used in the form of loans from banks and employee is
taken from the region itself so that it can reduce unemployment and increase income. In
increasing the business income that is run must pay attention to capital and employee so
that a business can produce the desired production and in the end it will produce the
amount of income that fits his business.
The formulation of the problem in this study is whether capital influences the level
of income of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises of the Convection Industry
Craftsmen Association in the Village of Tritunggal, Babat, Lamongan Regency?

This study uses a quantitative approach with the type of associative research. The
sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The number of samples used is 103 Micro,
Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM-Unit Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah)
Convection Industry Craftsmen Association. The data source used is primary data. The
measurement in this study uses a Likert scale. The next stage, the results of the
questionnaire were analyzed by multiple linear regression which served to prove the
research hypothesis. The data that has met the validity test, reliability test, and classical
assumption test are processed so as to produce a regression equation.
The results of hypothesis testing using the t test indicate that capital and employee
have a positive and partially significant effect on the income of the Convection Industry
Craftsmen Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM-Unit Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan
Menengah) Association. Whereas from the results of hypothesis testing using the f test
shows that the variables of capital and employee have a positive and significant effect
simultaneously on the income of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM-Unit
Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah) Convection Industry Craftsmen Association in
Tritunggal Village, Babat Subdistrict, Lamongan Regency.
