Abstract.
This practice of scientific method was based on 4 experiments, the first of these was to take a
test tube and add a series of substances, such as distilled water, hypochlorite and bromocrosol
green, the initial time and the final time were taken , it was observed that this compound
returned to a transparent color. The second experiment was based in adding to a precipitated
glass, tap water and bromothymol blue and when blowing it with the cigarette it turned a yellow
color, this can be explained thanks to the oxygen supplied to it became a yellow color that
indicated acidity. In the third experiment a test tube, potassium permanganate (KMnO4) was
used, this tube was subjected to heat provided from the lighter, when seeing the potassium
permanganate react immediately a stick was introduced which made a small burst of light. The
fourth experiment consisted of a test tube and added glucose and Benedict reagent, this
compound was subjected to a thermostatted bath, and at the end a brick or orange color was
evidenced which is evidence of a reducing sugar.
Materiales.
1. Experimento Observación.
