Power Development and Reforms Programme (RAPDRP).

Description-Ministry of Power, Govt. of India, has launched the Restructured Accelerated Power Development and
Reforms Programme (R-APDRP) in the XI Five year Plan.The scope of work under this project coverssetting up of IT
infrastructure for collection of baseline Distribution Transformers & Feeders and SCADA / DMS system for big cities
only. It would include Asset Mapping of the entire distribution network at and below the 11kV transformers and
include the Distribution Transformers and Feeders, Low Tension lines, poles and other distribution network
equipment. It will also include adoption of IT applications for meter reading, billing & collection; energy accounting
& auditing; MIS; redressal of consumer grievances and establishment of IT enabled consumer service centres
etc.energy and revenue data of the identified towns and setting up of customer care centre therein. In Rajasthan,
this Programme is running within three companies of Rajasthan state electricity board- AVVNL, JVVNL and JDVVNL.

Role–Project Coordinator

Responsibilities –
 Business Analysis
o Information gathering and requirement analysis.
o Effective co-ordination between multiple vendors.
o Demonstrated to PFC/ Rajasthan Discom (Clients) about our applications and concepts.
o Working with software development team to Identify bugs and their appropriate solutions.
o Ad-hoc testing of GIS, MDAS modules.
o Creation of FRDs, Use case Documents.
o Interacting with the business users, technical team.
o Managing requirements traceability information and tracking requirements status.
 Excellent functionally experience to achieve Integration of multiple applications.
 Review the requirements analysis reviews and working sessions to understand the requirements.
 Experience to achieve AMR (Automatic meter reading).
 Experience to design application architecture from multiple vendors. Still I worked on DCU, GIS, MDAS and
