Details of M.Tech. Sponsored Seats Admissions
1. Applications are invited for admission into various M.Tech. Courses in Sponsored Category
offered at A.U. Engineering College (A).
2. Application form, Admission Information Brochure-IV, Registration Fee, Eligibility Criteria,
Number of Seats and Fee Structure for the above courses are given in A.U. website:
www.andhrauniversity.edu.in and www.auvspdoa.in Candidates are advised to download the
Application, Information Brochure-IV and proforma for Sponsorship from the website from
24.08.2019. Filled in applications along with requisite Registration fee and Photo copies of
certificates for each department applied should reach the office of Directorate of Admissions
on or before 04.09.2019 by 5 P.M. The schedule of counseling is given below and Separate
call letters will not be sent for counseling.
3. Each application should be accompanied with A DD for Rs.2000/- towards registration and
processing fee drawn in favour of the Registrar, A.U. Common Entrance Test &
Admission Account on any nationalized bank payable at Visakhapatnam
4. The candidates appearing for counseling must produce all the required certificates listed in
the application form and four recent passport size photos.
5. The candidates have to pay a counseling fee of Rs.500/-.
6. The candidates should come prepared to pay the course fee if seat is allotted on the spot. In
addition to the course fee the candidate has to pay Rs. 6000/- towards autonomous fee and
Rs. 3000/- as accreditation fee in the principal office, A.U. College of Engineering (A), after
admission.
7. Without sponsorship certificate duly signed by concerned authority application will not be
considered for admission.
8. The seat shall be allotted only if all the Original Certificates are produced and fee is paid at
the time of admission. No extension of time is given in this respect.
9. The Conversion of Seats under Reservation Category will be done on the same day.
