Making invitations
To make an invitation you can say:
Would you like to ..... with me?/Let´s ...
Você gostaria de ... comigo?/Vamos...

go to the movies

go to the beach
have dinner out
go out for a drink

To accept:
Sure, I’d love to.
É claro. Eu adoraria.
Sounds good.
Parece bom.

To refuse:
Sorry, but I can’t.
I’m afraid I can’t.
Desculpe, mas eu não posso.
I’d love to, but I can’t.
Eu adoraria, mas eu não posso.

I have other plans.

Eu tenho outros planos.
I have to ...
Eu tenho que...
