Presentation Directions
For this course, you will be required to do a 15 minute presentation for a topic of interest listed below. The content
presented corresponds with the readings for the course. The individual presentation project provides each student an
opportunity to work in the development and oral presentation of a topic that has relevance to health and nursing.
Individual student presentation grades are based on criteria provided below. The maximum number of points
allocated to each grading criterion is indicated below. A minimum total of 15 minutes for the presentation is
mandatory. A maximum total of 20 minutes is allowed. The student who fails to speak for a total of 15
consecutive minutes during the presentation project or speaks over 20 minutes will have 1 point deducted for
eac minute under or over allotted time.
