PROBABLE CAUSE STATEMENT

The probable cause of the arrest of the above-named individual is as follows:

[On the above date and time the Defendant, CAMPBELL, JACOB SCOTT (07-18-95),
was contacted by E. Robinson 18038 of the Denver Police Department at the
location of 21st st / Market st, City and County of Denver, State of Colorado,
for CARELESS DRIVING RESULTING IN A CRASH.

Upon contact, the Defendant exhibited the listed indicia of impairment: SPEECH
WAS SLURRED/MUMBLING, BREATH HAD A STRONG ODOR OF AN UNKNOWN ALCOHOLIC
BEVERAGE, BALANCE WAS NOT OBSERVED, EYES WERE WATERY.

The investigation revealed Defendant to be operating a E-scooter unlawfully on

a sidewalk, traveling NE on Market st. The Defendant being heavily impaired by
an unknown amount of unknown alcoholic beverages, carelessly struck, . SGT
Kinipple 8634, standing on the sidewalk performing police duties, while working
the in-crowd of the Rockies Game.

Sgt. Kinipple, sustained an abrasion on his knee and a sprained thumb, which
caused pain, as a result of from being struck.

During the Collision, the Defendant was flung several feet into the street
causing self-inflicted injuries, and rendering the Defendant unable to perform
SFST's.

The Defendant was transported to DHMC by DHMC ambulance#53 Wagamin. The

Defendant was advised of Express Consent, and refused to a blood or breath
Test.]
