The Surprise Party

(1st phase)
The objective of the project is making a dialogue about “a surprise party”.
This project is divided in three phases.

First Term First Phase Organization February 4th - March 2nd
Second Term Second Phase Script March 26th - April 13th
Third Term Third Phase Video May 6th – May 25th

In this First Phase (Organization) you have to follow these steps:

Step 1: Make a group of 3 members, in the link “Creating My Group”, select one
group by clicking on the group, then click on the button “Save my option” to finish
the process.

Step 2: Participate in the forum “Communication with my Group”, in this forum


you can plan the different roles of each member, example: three brothers are
planning their father’s birthday; who is the brother? Who is the sister? What is the
place for the event? Who are the people invited? What are the responsibilities of
each member? What are the working times? Who is the leader of the group? and
other topics you consider necessary in this activity.

Step 3: Download the file “Our Plan” in your PC and complete the file by taking
into account the agreements in the step 2.

Step 4: Send the file “Our Plan” in the link “Send my activity (Phase 1)”, only the
group leader sends the file.
EVALUATION CRITERIA

This activity will be evaluated through the criteria showed in the following rubric. The lowest score to approve the
activity is 60 points and the highest 100 points.
